You can use the devices purchased from Opto network with any ITSP (Internet Telephony Service providers) to make long distance PC-Phone calls globally.

5.Can I use the Opto Network products with any ITSP
Yes you can use the Opto products with any ITSP offering the services with protocols of SIP or H.323

6.What requirements should I need to have to use Opto Network Products
Besides the services of Licensed ITSP Provider in India you must have a working internet connection through any of the ISPs in India

7.How to get product information?

8.Can I get any guarantee or warranty for Opto Network Products
Yes Opto Network provides 100% warranty for all the products it sells online through this site. Opto offers 1 year warranty from the date of invoice and shipment for all our customers. We offer a replacement warranty for the products for which there is any manufacturing defect
9.Will you sell or share my information with other companies?
No. All information you submit will be kept strictly confidential. We also take extra measures to protect your sensitive information by restricting access and encrypting your sensitive personal data.

10.Will I receive a paper bill?
No, Opto Network does not mail paper bills. You may view your account online at www.optonetwork.com. Click on My Account.

12.What if I have a credit card, but I do not feel comfortable purchasing over the web?

14.What to do if I enable Do Not Disturb ?
Enabling "Do Not Disturb" will prevent you from receiving calls.

15. Cancellation and refund policy. The services can be cancelled if you are not satisfied with our services and the balance amount if any can be refunded provided you purchase this service directly from Opto Network  website or through our technical support or through online recharge using your registered phone. In case you are not satisfied with our services you can cancel the account anytime and claim for the refund of the balance amount before 90 days of purchase Please note that all refunds are subject to the deduction of transaction charges.
